Terms of Use

These terms apply to SLV GridOps software and this website. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using a GridOps plugin, you agree to them.

Licenses and ownership

Your purchase grants the right to receive and activate the selected edition for the number of sites shown at checkout. WordPress plugin code distributed under the GNU General Public License remains subject to that license. Product names, branding, documentation, hosted services, license services, and commercial support are not transferred to you.

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases

Annual plans renew according to the price and renewal terms displayed by Freemius at checkout. You may cancel future renewal through the account and billing tools provided with your purchase. A lifetime license is a one-time purchase for the purchased product and licensed site count; it does not promise every future product or separately priced service.

Trials

Where offered, a no-card trial ends automatically unless you separately purchase. Trial availability and duration are shown at checkout.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for backups, staging appropriate changes, choosing authorized users, reviewing operational results, complying with laws that apply to your store, and validating tax, pricing, licensing, inventory, and fulfillment decisions. GridOps provides operational tooling and evidence; it is not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice.

Availability and compatibility

We work to maintain compatibility with supported WordPress, WooCommerce, and PHP versions documented with each release. Third-party services, themes, plugins, hosting configurations, and platform changes remain outside our control. We may change or discontinue features when needed for security, correctness, or maintainability.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the software and website are provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. SLV Plus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability arising from a paid product is limited to the amount paid for that product during the preceding twelve months, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website, checkout, licensing, or update systems to interfere with service, probe other customers, distribute malware, evade licensing limits, or violate applicable law.
