Refund Policy

14-day guarantee

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase of a GridOps product or bundle. This applies to annual and lifetime purchases unless the checkout clearly states different terms required by law or the payment provider.

Renewals

Please cancel before renewal if you no longer want updates and support. If an unintended renewal occurs, contact us promptly. Renewal refunds are evaluated under the terms shown in your Freemius account and applicable consumer law.

How to request a refund

Use the receipt or account link supplied by Freemius, or email mike@silverbackdistro.com with “GridOps refund request,” the purchasing email, product name, and order or license identifier. Do not send payment-card information.

After a refund

A refunded license may be canceled and lose access to paid updates, support, downloads, and activation rights. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
